A small café, a fixed idea about detail, and a name borrowed from the butterfly effect.
Where it began
We opened with twelve tables and one rule: nothing leaves the kitchen unless it is exactly right. Bread proved overnight. Coffee weighed. Flowers changed before they had a chance to tire.
Guests noticed the things we never announced. That became the whole idea.

The butterfly effect says a small movement can set a much larger one going. We treat every plate, pour and greeting as that small movement.

In Dubai Creek Harbour we found the light we love — water, arches, long mornings. Harbour Gate Tower 2 opened with the same bread recipe and the same rule.
